und l\u00e4ngs in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden, diese auf einem Backblech platzieren und mit etwas \u00d6l benetzen.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Zwischendrin die Auberginenscheiben einmal wenden. Nach ca. 15-20 min. sind sie weich und k\u00f6nnen aus dem Ofen geholt werden.<\/li>\n<li>Zwischenzeitlich Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden. Gemeinsam mit der gewaschenen Petersilie (bitte etwas f\u00fcr die Deko zur\u00fcckhalten), etwas Oliven\u00f6l, Waln\u00fcssen, Zitronensaft, Pfeffer, Salz und Cranberries p\u00fcrieren und nocheinmal abschmecken.
