Anschlie\u00dfend die gemahlenen Mandeln, den Zimt und den Zitrusabrieb hinzugeben.<\/li>\n<li>Zuletzt das geschlagene Eiwei\u00df vorsichtig unter die Masse heben.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig in eine gefettete Springform geben und ca. 45 min. backen (Garprobe).
