K\u00fcchentuch abtupfen und in St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Marinade aus den obigen Zutaten herstellen, Ingwer dabei raspeln, Knobi pressen, und alles ins Fleisch einmassieren. Dieses dann mind. 1h im K\u00fchlschrank ziehen lassen.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Sp\u00e4ter das Fleisch kurz scharf anbraten und wieder aus der Pfanne nehmen.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr die So\u00dfe Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len, klein schneiden und mit 2 EL Butter oder Ghee in der Pfanne anbraten. Knobi (gepresst), Ingwer (gerieben) und die N\u00fcsse dazu geben und einige Minuten erw\u00e4rmen.<\/li>\n<li>Dann Garam Masala und Paprika zugeben, kurz wenden und anschlie\u00dfend die gehackten Tomaten und die Sahne dazugeben und alles ca. 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Die So\u00dfe nun fein mixen und in die Pfanne zur\u00fcckgie\u00dfen<\/li>\n<li>Das vorbereitete Fleisch mit 2 EL Butter oder Ghee zugeben und alles fertig garen (ca. 5-10 min.).<\/li>\n<li>Mit Basmati-Reis servieren und mit Koriander (oder alternativ Petersilie) garnieren.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Die So\u00dfe ggf. mit Salz, Pfeffer und etwas Agavendicksaft final abschmecken.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n                <\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t                <div class=\"penci-recipe-notes penci-recipe-notes-novisual\">\r\n                    <h3 class=\"penci-recipe-title\">... und noch etwas<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t                        <p>Bei Laktoseintoleranz kann statt Butter Butterschmalz und statt Sahne eine vegane Alternative (z.B.
