Ingwer (daumengro\u00df)<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t                                        <li><span>Salz<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t                                        <li><span>2 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t                                        <li><span>\u00d6l zum Ausbraten<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t                                        <li><span>Reis als Beilage<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t                        <\/ul>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t                <\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t                <div class=\"penci-recipe-method\">\r\n                    <h3 class=\"penci-recipe-title\">Zubereitung<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n<li>Den Tofu in gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige W\u00fcrfel teilen und in einer Mischung aus etwas Salz und Speisest\u00e4rke w\u00e4lzen.<\/li>\n<li>f\u00fcr die So\u00dfe vermengen: ca. 150 ml Gochujang-So\u00dfe, 1 TL (Reis-)Essig, 2-3 TL Agavendicksaft, 1 TL Senf, 1 TL Sojaso\u00dfe und etwas Zimt.<\/li>\n<li>Reichlich geschmacksneutrales \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen und den Tofu rundherum anbraten bis er Farbe angenommen hat (Wichtig ist, dass die Tofust\u00fccke nicht zu dicht beeinander liegen, weil sie sonst kleben).<\/li>\n<li>In der Zwischenzeit Ingwer und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und beides in sehr kleine St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln putzen und in Ringe schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Den gebratenen Tofu kurz aus der Pfanne nehmen und beiseite stellen.<\/li>\n<li>Pfanne mit etwas \u00d6l wieder zur\u00fcck auf den Herd stellen und Knoblauch und Ingwer kurz darin anschwitzen.<\/li>\n<li>Dann die vorbereitete So\u00dfenmischung zugeben und erw\u00e4rmen. Es sollte nur leicht k\u00f6cheln, sonst noch etwas Fl\u00fcssigkeit (z.B.
