Salz<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t                                        <li><span>Puderzucker zum Bestreuen oder Schokoladenguss<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t                        <\/ul>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t                <\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t                <div class=\"penci-recipe-method\">\r\n                    <h3 class=\"penci-recipe-title\">Zubereitung<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n<li>Den Ofen auf 180\u00b0C Ober\/Unterhitze vorheizen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Eier trennen und die Eiwei\u00dfe mit etwas Salz steif schlagen.<\/li>\n<li>Schokolade in kleine St\u00fccke brechen und zusammen mit der Butter\/Margarine \u00fcber einem Wasserbad schmelzen.<\/li>\n<li>Eigelbe mit dem Zucker und Vanillezucker schaumig r\u00fchren und die Eigelbe einzeln dazugeben und verr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Mandeln, Kakao und Backpulver vermischen und beiseite stellen.<\/li>\n<li>Die einige Minuten abgek\u00fchlte Schokoladenmasse mit dem Eigelb-Zuckergemisch vermengen.
