Kerne herausschaben und ebenfalls in etwa 1cm gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Kartoffel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und klein schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Alles in etwas \u00d6l kurz and\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n<li>Mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche soweit auff\u00fcllen, dass die K\u00fcrbisst\u00fccke noch gerade eben oben herausschauen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Suppe mit Deckel etwa 20 min. k\u00f6cheln lassen (Garprobe).<\/li>\n<li>In der Zwischenzeit die Petersilie waschen, trockensch\u00fctteln und klein schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Vegane Schlagcreme oder Schlagsahne in einem hohen Gef\u00e4\u00df aufschlagen und beiseite stellen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Suppe p\u00fcrieren und nocheinmal mit Salz und Honig fein abschmecken.<\/li>\n<li>Die Suppe auf einem tiefen Teller anrichten, in die Mitte einen Klecks vegane Schlagcreme oder Sahne geben und darauf etwas Petersilie platzieren. Mit einigen Tropfen K\u00fcrbiskern\u00f6l ein Muster \u00fcber den Teller ziehen.
